# Acceptable use policy

You (and any agent acting for you) must not use Aayat AI to:

- break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so (including sanctions, fraud and money laundering);
- collect, profile, track or de-anonymise **private individuals**, or build dossiers on people. Our services are
  for companies, public records, markets and public content; we don't provide personal data and requests aimed at
  people may be refused;
- harass, threaten, defame, or target anyone;
- attack, overload, probe for weaknesses in, or circumvent the limits of our service or any third party's systems,
  including using our fetch tools to reach private networks or to ignore sites' robots.txt;
- infringe copyright or other rights, or republish third-party content in ways its owner does not allow;
- generate or distribute malware, spam, scams, or sexual content involving minors;
- resell or mirror our services in bulk as a substitute API without agreement.

We may refuse, rate-limit or block requests that appear to break this policy, without charging for them.
