# POST /language/detect: $0.002 per call

Detect the language of text: up to 20 texts per call, each with its ISO 639-1 code (en, fr, zh...), English name, confidence and writing script. Use it to route messages to the right translator, model or support team. Text with no letters returns language null. Reads the first 300 characters of each text.

## Inputs

- `text` (string): One text (or send texts).
- `texts` (array): Up to 20 texts.

Bad inputs are rejected with HTTP 400 before any payment is asked for.

## Example answer
