## Inputs

- `division` (string; one of `england-and-wales`, `scotland`, `northern-ireland`): Default england-and-wales.
- `date` (string): YYYY-MM-DD to check (default today, UK).
- `from` (string): Start of a range (YYYY-MM-DD); with `to`, counts working days and lists holidays.
- `to` (string): End of the range (YYYY-MM-DD, at most 5 years after `from`).
- `addWorkingDays` (integer): Return the date this many working days after `date`.

Bad inputs are rejected with HTTP 400 before any payment is asked for.
