Latest SEC filings of any US-registered company by ticker, CIK or name: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K (items spelled out, e.g. 2.02 earnings), S-1, proxy and more, with direct document links, plus its SEC profile (industry, fiscal year end, state, former names). Pass ?company=TSLA&forms=8-K&limit=10. Insider forms only when asked.

## Inputs

- `company` **(required)** (string): Ticker (TSLA), SEC CIK number or company name.
- `forms` (string): Only these form types, comma-separated, e.g. 10-K,10-Q,8-K. Default: all except insider forms (3, 4, 5, 144).
- `since` (string): Only filings on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
- `limit` (integer; default `10`): How many filings, newest first.

Bad inputs are rejected with HTTP 400 before any payment is asked for.
