# GET /us/raises: $0.01 per call

Recent private fundraisings filed with the SEC on Form D: startups, funds and real estate. Who raised, amount offered and sold, minimum investment, investors, industry, exemption (Rule 506(b)/(c)), first sale, filing link. Filter by company, state, dates, industry, minimum amount; operating_only=true leaves out investment funds. Pass ?state=CA&operating_only=true&min_amount=1000000.

## Inputs

- `company` (string): Only this company (name, including private companies, or CIK).
- `state` (string): Issuer's US state or country code, e.g. CA, NY, TX.
- `industry` (string): Industry contains this, e.g. Technology, Biotechnology, Real Estate, Pooled Investment Fund.
- `from` (string): Filed on or after (default: 14 days ago).
- `to` (string): Filed on or before (default: today).
- `min_amount` (number): Only offerings of at least this many US dollars.
- `operating_only` (boolean; default `false`): Leave out investment funds (pooled investment funds).
- `include_amendments` (boolean; default `false`): Also include amended filings (Form D/A).
- `limit` (integer; default `10`): Most raises to return (up to 25 filings are read per call).
- `detail` (string; one of `full`, `brief`; default `full`): brief = key fields only (same price)

Bad inputs are rejected with HTTP 400 before any payment is asked for.
