- You're never charged for failed or empty results.
- If something goes wrong after you pay, the amount goes straight back to your credits, automatically. You don't need to ask.
- Credits don't expire.
- Unused credits aren't refundable for cash, except where the law requires it, or where Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record for card payments, issues a refund under its buyer terms. Any such refund removes the matching credit from your balance automatically.
